The Fair Health Care Alliance is an independent group of dental, optical and allied-health practitioners united by a single belief: that the relationship between a patient and a practitioner should be free from interference by third parties, including health insurers.

Why it matters
Some health funds offer "preferred-provider" arrangements that incentivise practitioners to recommend certain treatments, or to limit choice. We chose not to participate in any of those arrangements. When we recommend a treatment, it's because it's right for you. Full stop.
Our promise
You'll always know what a treatment will cost before it begins. We'll explain every option, including the option to do nothing, so you can make an informed decision. And we'll process your claim with whichever health fund you choose, no nudging.
